In their words
“Will has been cutting my hair for over five years now, probably longer, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I always feel so welcome, and I leave every appointment loving my new crop.”

“William is a fabulous stylist, great for understanding what I was after. He delivered above and beyond what I was expecting. Also makes a fab coffee!”

“Big fan of Little Hair Co. Recently took the plunge and cut my hair short and could not be happier with the result. Highly recommend everyone there.”

For any big colour change, yes — a short consultation lets us look at your hair in daylight, talk through what’s realistic in one sitting, and book the right amount of time. It’s free and takes about fifteen minutes. Small top-ups and root tints usually don’t need one.
Yes. A patch test is needed 48 hours before any colour is applied. If you’re new to us, please also book a consultation at least two days before your appointment — it’s free and takes about fifteen minutes.
A cut and finish is around an hour. A full head of highlights or a balayage with a toner and blow dry usually runs to two and a half or three hours. We’ll always give you a realistic time when you book so nothing feels rushed.
A wash, cut and blow-dry starts at £45, a children’s cut is £25 and a men’s wash, cut and style starts at £20. On colour, roots start at £35, an all over colour at £55 and highlights at £55. Longer or thicker hair takes more time and product, so the full list and exact prices are on our Fresha page.
Longer colour appointments take a small deposit that comes off your bill. If you need to move or cancel, just give us 48 hours’ notice and the deposit carries over to your next visit.
Please do. Bring a few — including one you don’t like, if you have one. It’s the quickest way for us to understand the tone you’re after, and we’ll be honest about how close we can get in one appointment.
Yes to both. Curly, coily, fine, thick, short crops and long lengths are all everyday work here. For children, book a junior cut and let us know their age so we can allow enough time.
There’s on-street parking close to the salon on Manor Farm Road. Give yourself five minutes’ spare at busy times, and there’s no rush at our end if you’re a little late.
We work with gentle, nature-led ranges and bond-building treatments, and we only recommend something for home if it will actually make a difference. No hard sell, ever.
Online through Fresha at any hour, or by phone on 07426 930710 during opening hours.

Owner & senior stylist
Placeholder biography. Will opened Little Hair Co. after more than a decade behind the chair, and still does most of his best thinking mid-conversation with a client. He’s known for short cuts and crops that keep their shape as they grow out, and for asking a lot of questions before he picks up the scissors.
Outside the salon, add a line or two here about what he’s into — it’s the part clients remember. Swap all of this for his own wording.
Colour specialist
Placeholder biography. Colour is the whole job here — balayage, babylights and gentle corrections built up over a few appointments rather than forced in one. Expect a proper consultation, a realistic plan, and a toner that suits the light you actually live in.
